Cyvents Technologies provides ERP implementation, software development, cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and related technology services. Service scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cyvents Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom software developed for clients is governed by the respective project agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Cyvents Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Warranty
Software products carry warranties as defined in individual service agreements. AbillZ products carry a 1-year AMC warranty. Website content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
